Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites is in the village of Psalidi, a quiet area on the east coast around 10 minutes' taxi ride from the capital, Kos Town.

The resort has sea views at every turn and is just five minutes' walk from the nearest beach, where you'll find free sunloungers and a bar serving classic cocktails. Facilities at the hotel include two outdoor pools and a spa, and guests also have access to nearby Kipriotis Aqualand waterpark, which has six waterslides.

Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available at the main Ariadne Restaurant, which hosts fun theme nights several nights per week. You can also enjoy Greek and Mediterranean specialties at four other venues, where you can reserve a table up to three times per stay for no extra charge. Unlimited drinks can be picked up at three bars, including one by the pool, and also along the beach.

In October, temperatures in Kos are often in the mid-20s, and can reach the high-20s in September and May.
