The 5-star Ocean Blue and Sand Beach Resort is right next to the white sands of Bavaro beach. There are two outdoor lagoon-style swimming pools, one of which has a swim-up bar, plus a separate pool for kids.

There's a plethora of dining options to choose from—including a buffet restaurant that's right on the beach, a steakhouse, a 1950s-style American diner, plus French, Italian, and Mexican restaurants. There's also a coffee shop and an ice cream parlour, plus a sports bar, a piano bar, and a disco.

There are lots of different watersports available to try at the beach (supplements apply), or you can play beach volleyball, tennis, ping pong, billiards, archery, or bowling at the six-lane bowling alley. Bike hire is also available if you'd like to explore more of the area. If you'd rather something a bit more relaxing, you can chill out at the spa, or book a massage by the sea (supplements apply).
